FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: drill has frame, hopper with seeding units and covering roller. Drill has auxiliary covering roller, rotary shields and two rows of furrowers, skirt positioned above furrowers, mechanism for shifting furrowers. Hopper has device for distributing seeds along drill width. Rotary shields are provided with reversing mechanisms for changing shield inclination angle and units for correcting shield inclination angle. Primary driving member of seeding units, agitators and mechanism for reversal changing-over of drive are positioned between auxiliary covering roller and seed hopper. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, provision for sowing on restricted areas during primary sowing of grass mixtures at back-and-forth strokes. 20 cl, 23 dwg, 2 tbl
