FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves opening abdominal cavity to make discharge of stomach areas in the region of the greater curvature into the wound and forming cone. Cone vertex is opened and feeding tube is introduced inside. Tube is sealed in cone vertex by means of meander-like spring made from titanium nickelide coiled as cylinder and possessing shape memory properties. Spring is placed on cone walls and fixed.
