FIELD: biotechnology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: vaccine has equal parts of inactivated dysentery Flexner and Zonne shigellae, abdominal typhoid and paratyphoid B salmonellae. Vaccine has "O"-somatic and "H"-flagellum antigen and vaccine solution has additionally "Vi"-surface antigen. Biochemical composition of vaccine: protein, 19.6-20.5%; polysaccharide, 15.0 ± 0.1%; and lipids - traces. Bacterium components were treated separately with an aqueous-saline solution at simultaneous disruption in the presence of antibiotic gentamycin and finely divided glass for 1-1.5 h followed by centrifugation. After dialysis and separate lyophilization all components were mixed at equal parts = 1:1:1:1.
