FIELD: immunology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to immunology, in particular to a polyvalent combined immunizing and/or therapeutic composition against salmonellosis, as well as to a method for producing a polyvalent combined immunizing and/or therapeutic composition, to the use of this composition for obtaining a vaccine against salmonellosis in animals and to a vaccine against salmonellosis. Said composition contains an inactivated strain of Salmonella sp., which is bound with antibodies, which are obtained separately by immunization with antigens obtained from Salmonella strain containing lipopolysaccharide (LPS), containing O-specific polysaccharides (OPS), other than O-specific polysaccharides (OPS) of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of the indicated inactivated strain of Salmonella sp. And the specified composition contains the specified inactivated strain of Salmonella and these antibodies, which are associated with the specified inactivated strain of Salmonella, moreover, antibodies are present in amount of 25–100 mg per weight of Salmonella bacteria at concentration of 2–5×1013 MPN. Also the group of inventions relates to a method for producing this polyvalent combined immunizing and/or therapeutic composition, to a salmonellosis vaccine containing this composition, and to using the composition to obtain a salmonellosis vaccine in animals.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved effective vaccine against salmonellosis in animals different from previously known vaccines against salmonellosis.
