SUBSTANCE: device is used for producing stable, finely dispersed emulsions and suspensions and for this purpose it has body 1, charging pipe union 2 and discharge pipe union 3, passing duct in which clearance is formed between circular supporting cases 6 mounted on drive shaft 4. Also provided are circular clamping cases 7 mounted on body and taper rollers 9 which are in contact with supporting and clamping cases. Axes of taper rollers are oriented at angle to body axis and their large bases are directed towards discharge pipe union. Clamping cases are installed with possibility of axial displacement and are spring-loaded in direction of discharge pipe union. To adjust effort of forcing clamping cases against taper rollers without disassembly of device, drive shaft can be axially displaced. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg
