FIELD: machining of materials with the use of mechanochemical activation. SUBSTANCE: invention may find use in chemical, food, light and many other branches of industry where manufacture of stable finely dispersed emulsions and suspensions is required. Gear includes frame 1, coil-shaped hollow rotor 2 installed into it, cylindrical rollers 3 placed between flanges of rotor for rotation about own axis, loading branch 4 entering space of rotor and unloading branch 5 intercommunicating through space in rotor, holes in side walls of rotor, space which houses rollers and clearances between flanges of rotor and wall of frame. Flanges of rotor have radial grooves, rollers are mounted with their axes in them for movement for contact with wall of frame. Cylindrical surfaces of rollers have circular grooves made in direction towards unloading branch with smooth transition from reduction section to basic one. Circular recess which height exceeds height of rollers with reduced section is made in wall of frame in area of reduced section of rollers. Additional rollers are made fast to flanges or rotor with clearance relative to wall of frame. These rollers have flat protrusions on side facing wall of frame. Flat protrusion has inclination angle of plane of protrusion to plane perpendicular to rotor axis exceeding 0 but less than 90 deg. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of grinding and degree of activation of material due to provision for complex action on machined material subjected to vibration-impact, displacement, grinding and cavitation actions, increased productivity of gear thanks to forced feed of material into zone of machining. 4 cl, 3 dwg
