FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, integrated thermal vacuum and thermochemical treatment of parts of commercial titanium and two-phase titanium alloys, applicable in jewelry, instrumentation engineering and space technology. SUBSTANCE: method provides for performance of the following operations in the following sequence: machining, vacuum annealing at temperature equalling 0.7- 0.8 of the melting temperature for 15-30 min with regulated rates of heating, cooling and ageing in oxidation medium with obtaining the textured surface of articles. Machining is carried out with surface finish and roughness degree Ra= 0.06-1.8 mcm. Vacuum annealing is carried out at rarefaction of 10-4 - 10-6 mm Hg. In course of the method embodiment, all article, or its part may be subjected to some other additional treatment, such as decorative ceramic coating, or the article, or its part is subjected to chemical and electrochemical pickling. Projection may be embossed on the article or its part, for instance, by coating slurry, or by laser. EFFECT: higher quality of decorative and optical characteristics, improved adaptability to embodiment and higher corrosion resistance of articles made of titanium alloys. 23 cl, 1 tbl
