SUBSTANCE: solution contains, g/l: hydrofluoric acid (α=1.155 g/cu.cm), 70-100; hydrochloric acid (a=1.198 g/cu.cm), 40-80; phospjric acid (a=1.870 g/cu.cm), 100-290. EFFECT: excluded damage to alloy base and prevented formation of slime on the surface. 1 tbl
