FIELD: machine engineering, namely methods for controlling electrolytical-plasma treatment, possibly restoration techniques, namely removing flaw coatings. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of measuring variable component of electric current density; analysis of its variation in time; additionally measuring mean electric current density value; performing treatment of surface with use of fuzzy inference controller at first at voltage 150-200 V and electrolyte temperature 50-70C for 3 min, then at voltage 350-400 V and electrolyte temperature 85-95 C for 5 min. Signal for expert setting of control path and feedback signal are formed in the form of vectors formed on base of mean value of electric current density, amplitude and frequency of characteristic oscillations of current density. Said signals are applied to comparator whose outlet error signal is fed to fuzzy inference controller in order to select control signal for technological electric voltage source. EFFECT: enhanced quality of surface, enhanced efficiency of treatment process. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
