FIELD: road building. SUBSTANCE: method includes loosening upper layer of slope soil up to depth equal to 1 to 1.4 height of geogrid, stretching geogrids and fastening those to lower layer of slope and to each other, caving the geogrids in upper layer, and compacting this, seeding plants and/or laying stone materials according to the graphic and color design. The device for implementing the method has flexible geogrids rigidly connected to the lower payer and to each other through anchors, and filling material. As this takes place ribs of geogrids are made mainly of strips of synthetic material and interconnected by linear seams, which are inclined to their base to the angle , where Φ is the slope to horizon, and lower edge of the ribs is of saw type. Besides, ratio of geogrid cell width to its height is equal to 1-5, and rib thick is 0.5-1.5 mm.
