FIELD: power production, mainly for space objects. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating liquid in steam generator 1 using long-term heat source, for example, using nuclear reactor, generating steam, directing it to steam turbine 2 which is connected to electric generator 3. Liquid is material that has possibility to condense from steam to liquid phase due to extension and resulted cooling during run through turbine. Such liquids include freon, hydrocarbon, ammonia, water. Condensate liquid is gathered by means of sealed chamber which is located under turbine, is made from heat- conducting material. Then liquid is directed to steam generator for subsequent use. Inner walls of chamber are made from material which is not moistened with liquid. Heating temperature of liquid in steam generator provides possibility of its cooling down to level which is less than boiling temperature and critical temperature, when its goes through turbine. EFFECT: long-term uninterrupted power supply. 2 cl, 2 dwg
