FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, in particular to heat power generation. Essence of invention consists in the fact that device provides for cogeneration of heat and electric power due to low-temperature sources – water, air, ground, solar radiation, for which in heat pump there is additionally provided regulator of heat energy supply, controller and electric motor-generator, which input is connected to electric power source, and output is connected to electric energy consumer, control channel of motor-generator is connected to controller, the second control channel of which is connected to the heat energy supply controller, the input of which is connected to the capacitor, and the output is connected to the heat energy consumer, wherein the throttle is made in the form of a turbine nozzle, the shaft of which is connected to the shaft of the compressor, the shaft of which is connected to the shaft of the electric motor-generator.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of production of heat and electric power produced depending on proportions specified by consumer.
