FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to slot plates providing vapor-liquid contact in the heat- and mass-exchange apparatuses. Invention is aimed and enhancing efficiency of plate owing to increasing distance which liquid passes getting over the plate and time it contacts with vapor. Such task is solved when, in slot plate including grates with mutually perpendicular bars or pipes and having spacer between grates, admission and drain pockets, the intergrate spacer is made in the form of cutting-out/draw sheets whose slots are oriented in the direction of liquid moving on the plate, whereas grate bars are arranged at a distance from each other which increases going from admission pocket to drain one and have corrugations.
