FIELD: analytic chemistry, particular, separation of substances by the method of liquid chromatography with free fixed phase; applicable in concentration and separation of elements with close properties using various extraction systems based on extraction reagents of various classes, and devising the efficient reproducible and lending itself to automation method of liquid chromatography with free fixed phase. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes separation of elements for their subsequent determination, holding of fixed organic phase with certain volume determined by the formula given in the invention description, in column by its rotation in planetary centrifuge with speed of 200-4000 rpm. In so doing, mobile phase with sample of determined elements is passed at the rate of 1-5 ml/min. Analyzed elements are separated by successive supply at the rate of 0.9-1.5 ml/min of mobile phase containing solution of mineral acid or its salt, or masking reagent, or combination of two or more components of solution at step increase of solution concentration from 0.05 to 5.0 mole/l. In this event, fixed phase presents solution of extragent in organic solvent with viscosity of 0.5-0.9 cP, and difference in density of mobile and fixed phases amounts to at least, of 0.25 g/cu.cm.
