FIELD: equipment for countercurrent chromatography; may be used in analytical chemistry for semipreparative and analytical separation of close in properties organic, bioorganic and inorganic compounds. SUBSTANCE: centrifuge includes body with base and carrying disc with central opening. Installed on disc by means of axle is rotatable unit of chromatographic separation. The unit has drum with pipes wound thereon. Located on disc, on rod, is counterweight and supplying lines connected with drum pipes. Centrifuge has hollow axle installed in body base coaxially in central opening of carrying disc, hollow cylinder secured in central opening of carrying disc and installed on hollow axle for rotation, and hollow shaft installed coaxially on external side of separation unit axle. Axle of separation unit is rigidly fastened to carrying disc. Drum of separation unit is fastened to hollow shaft on the external side. Centrifuge is provided with flexible hollow shaft whose one end is connected with hollow axle, while the other, with hollow shaft. Supplying lines are laid through hollow axle and hollow flexible shaft. Carrying disc is engageable with motor. EFFECT: reduced vibration and acoustic noise level. 8 cl, 3 dwg
