FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: shipboard steering complex contains steering nozzle 1 mounted on rudder stock 2. Rudder 3 is fitted on rudder stock 4 after steering nozzle 1. Rudder stocks 2 and 4 are connected by means of tilting mechanism 5 arranged inside ship's hull and controlled by means of steering engine 6 also located inside ship's hull. Rudder 3 and nozzle 1 are connected at base by means of rigid rod 7 through bearings 8 located along axes of turn of rudder and nozzle. Mechanism 5 is linked with rudder stock and nozzle 1 for their synchronous turn according to relationships σr = (1,5-2,5)σn, where σr is rudder angle and σn is angle of turn of nozzle which is less than 20-25 deg. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
