FURNACE FOR GAS CHEMICAL THERMAL TREATMENT OF ARTICLES Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2082068 C1

FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: furnace contains working chamber with cover, heater reaction gas supply main and waste gas discharge main, electromagnetic system and acoustic oscillator located in working chamber; acoustic oscillator is made in form of dynamic siren with adjustable drive. Furnace is provided with feedback sensor for recording the lever of sound pressure and/or frequency of acoustic field in working chamber which is connected with drive of dynamic siren. Electromagnetic system embraces the working chamber on the outside. Function of electromagnetic system may be performed by heater made in form of spiral. EFFECT: increased productivity through intensification of heating of articles and acceleration of diffusion process. 2 cl, 8 dwg
