FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating article to diffusion saturation temperature and simultaneously supplying saturating medium; continuously exposing article to acoustic field with acoustic pressure level up to 170 decibels. Frequency and (or) level of acoustic pressure is periodically varied at minimum acoustic pressure values, minimum values of frequency and time of action of 60 decibels, 10 Hz and 0.1 min, respectively.
