FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has optical serial circuit of additional infrared light source, optical shaping system, receiving element which is designed as light guide or row of N light guides, which side part contains superconducting sensitive element (or m sensitive elements) and photodetector. Refraction index of material of sensitive element is equal to or is greater than that of light guide. Design of device provides possibility to detect flux of measured electromagnetic field using measuring of time interval for when superconducting sensitive element reaches critical temperature point. When row of N light guides with m sensitive elements is used, device provides possibility to measure three- dimensional distribution of flux. When m is equal to 1, device measures flux in line, when m is greater than 1, then device generates image frame. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 cl, 5 dwg
