FIELD: radio engineering, determination of angular coordinates of sources of continuous harmonic radio signal. SUBSTANCE: region of unambiguous measurement of angle of arrival of plane electromagnetic wave lies within limits of -π/2-π/2,. In this case antennas are spaced by distance exceeding working length of wave. Salient feature of phase radio direction finder incorporating three antennas, three identical receivers, two phase meters each made of phase detector and 90 deg phase shifter consists in usage of difference of wave lengths but not length of bases to compute angle of arrival of electromagnetic wave. For this purpose phase radio direction finder is inserted with two additional phase detectors and unit of logic signal processing. EFFECT: usage of difference of wave lengths instead of length of bases to compute angle of arrival of electromagnetic wave. 2 dwg
