Data of spark counting are calculated using degradation factor which is calculated using equation Kfch+(εoch)[1-(1-f)D]/f/Σch+(εoch)(1-f)d, where εo is efficiency of recording of alpha-particles, εch is characteristic efficiency, D is number of detector exposition days, d is number of days from exposition end till processing, f is degradation factor, in particular, ratio between number of tracks to their initial number.
