FIELD: instruments, in particular, recording equipment, computer engineering, digital audio and video devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves generation of recording signal for each data block as sequence of marker and information pieces of sine-shaped signals with non-zero constant constituent. Roughly this is achieved by means of alternation of position of code groups in data blocks and by means of modulation of one marker half-period block signal by number of transpositions. Precisely this is achieved by corresponding decrease in amplitude of same marker half-period. EFFECT: increased reliability, increased density of recording and increased precision of selection of read signal blocks. 2 dwg
