SUBSTANCE: device has housing which is designed as tube which is disconnected in longitudinal direction and has locking members including U-shaped groove in which extended gasket is located. Said gasket is pressed by flange. Ends of tube are covered with gaskets which have cable passing holes and slits which are located in circle and contain ring gaskets.
