FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording respiratory noises in the region if the larynx during forced expiration and comparing maximum amplitude, noise duration and respiratory noise amplitude change curve shape during forced expiration time period to normal values obtained in experimental way. The maximum amplitude corresponds to limit value of the norm and respiratory noise duration significantly increases in cases of obstructive disorders. Ratio of noise duration to its maximum amplitude is calculated. The mentioned threshold level being exceeded, disorder of obstructive, restrictive or mixed nature is considered to take place. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in detecting persons suffering from bronchial passability disorders. 1 dwg
