FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for differential diagnostics of bronchial obstruction in children in order to detect dysfunctions of breathing mechanics. Several breathing noises are recorded by means of apparatus complex, including digital recording device, remote sensitive microphone, acoustic duct and stethoscope head. Record of breathing noises is transferred onto computer that has applied program for evaluating sounds in form of spectrograms. Analysis of recorded spectrograms is carried out. If maximum of child's breath frequency is detected to be within the range from 20 to 1500 Hz child's breath is evaluated as satisfactory, without mechanics dysfunction. If maximum of child's breath frequency is detected to be mainly within the range from 1500 to 2000 Hz, presence of dry crepitations characteristic of obstruction with prevailing of bronchial spasm, which requires administering bronchospasmolytic means. If maximum of breath noises is within the range higher than 2000 Hz, presence of wet crepitations, characteristic of bronchial obstruction with prevailing of edema or phlegm accumulation is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows to carry out differential diagnostics of bronchial obstruction in children in order to detect dysfunctions of breathing mechanics.
