At the ratio of inspiration time to expiration time (CRF) during calm breathing from 1.1 to 1.3, the level of sound intensity (LSI) with this type of breathing at a frequency of 200 Hz ≤ -30 dB, and during the activated exhalation ≤ -25 dB, at a frequency of 750 Hz, respectively ≤ -57 and -45 dB, 1000 Hz - ≤ -62 dB and -45 dB, at a frequency of 1400 Hz≤ -64 dB and -50 dB indicate the absence of residual pathological phenomena. Obfuscate phenomena are indicated by CRF indices less than 1.1 or more than 1.3. At the same time, an increase in the sound intensity level at a frequency of 200 Hz during a calm > -30 dB and an activated expiration > -25 dB indicates a pathological change in the trachea, the main bronchi and the bronchus of the right apex. At a frequency of 750 Hz, respectively, -57 dB and -45 dB - in the large bronchi. At 1000 Hz > -62 dB and -45 dB - in bronchuses of medium diameter that do not have a cartilaginous framework, and also lobular bronchi in the cranial lobe. At a frequency of 1400 Hz > -64 dB and -50 dB - in lobular bronchi and alveoli.
EFFECT: method allows for timely correction of therapeutic measures, improving the outcome of the disease, increasing the effectiveness of therapy by determining the duration of the phases of the respiratory cycle and the intensity of sound at control frequencies during calm and active breathing and use of drugs in the post-therapeutic period.
