SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with noninvasive diagnostics of bronchial permeability disorders. As evaluation criteria one should apply the ratio of average duration periods t200-600/t1200-1600 of noise process in the strips of 200-600 Hz and 1200-1600 Hz frequencies, the duration of noise process in the strip of 200-2000 Hz frequencies to compare them against threshold values, moreover, the duration of noise process at frequency intervals should be determined by the envelope of noise process, and threshold values should be pre-calculated due to ROC technique - the analysis due to maximizing the values of sensitivity and specificity according to educational choice of sick and healthy persons who are of the same age and sex with the person under testing. Specificity of the suggested method corresponds to 95.7%, and sensitivity was 100% in the group of patients with spirographically proved bronchial obstruction. The innovation provides more reliable, objectively evaluated characteristics of noise process.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity and specificity.
