FIELD: medicine; laboratory diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: method is based upon analysis of patient's blood sample as compared with control sample. For this purpose, according to first alternative embodiment, variable-frequency ultrasound 3-20 MHz is passed through distilled water (DH2O) and control sample at 37±0.05 C; through (DH2O), control sample and blood serum sample at temperatures T1 and T2(T2>T1) comprised within range 15-40 C (third alternative). Later relative ultrasound velocities Φ1< 15,2•10-13 are measured and fact of disease is diagnosed (first alternative). Values Φ1, and Φ2 (for blood serum sample) V and relationship Φ1•Φ2<270•10-3 make it possible to diagnose disease (second alternative). Values Φ1, Φ2 for temperature T1 and values Φ3, Φ4 for temperature T2 make it possible to determine value and if П ≅ 300 fact of disease is diagnosed (third alternative). If П value ranges from 301 to 399, additionally is calculated and at П116.0 fact of disease is diagnosed; П2 value is calculated and at П2<83 fact of disease is diagnosed; П3 value П3=((mS)o•So•δ(mS))•1011 is calculated and at П3<59 fact of disease is diagnosed. Control samples for carrying out method (according to first and second alternatives) are prepared by mixing together 30%-trichloroacetic acid diluted to concentration capable to cause relative ultrasound velocity change (-18,0±0,05)•10-3 in relation to distilled water, and blood serum sample in volume ratio 1:4, followed by adding to this mixture NaHCO3 solution taken volume equal to blood serum volume and having relative ultrasound velocity change (22,0±0,05)•10 -3 in relation to distilled water. Mixture thus-obtained is subjected to centrifuging at speed 6000 rpm for 1.5 min and supernatant liquid thus-produced is used as control sample. As regards third alternative embodiment of proposed diagnostics method, control sample is obtained by mixing together blood serum sample and trichloroacetic acid, followed by centrifuging mixture at speed 5000 rpm for 2 min. Next NaHCO3 solution capable to cause relative ultrasound velocity change (16,0±0,05)•10 -3 in relation to distilled water is added, and mixture thus-obtained is centrifuged at 5000 rpm for 2 min. Supernatant liquid thus-obtained is used as control sample. EFFECT: greater accuracy of diagnostics due to minimized hyperdiagnostics; expanded range of internal organs that can be diagnosed (atomach, pancreas, lungs, etc). 8 cl
