FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to means for magnetic resonance diagnostics of oncological diseases. For this purpose, a diagnostic preparation and diagnostic method based on using a diagnostic preparation in form of 3-O-methylglucose containing deuterium bound with carbon in an amount greater than natural content or mixture of 3-O-methylglucose with different deuterium content. Method according to the invention involves magnetic resonance tomography and/or magnetic resonance spectroscopy on deuterium nuclei after the introduction of the diagnostic preparation after a time sufficient for accumulation of the diagnostic preparation in the tumor tissue of the subject, to obtain, respectively, MR-image and/or MR-spectrum.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables diagnosing oncologic diseases with high information value.
