FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting the viability of pancreatic tissue in case of its traumatic lesion along with the rupture of the main pancreatic duct and the volume of resection. Thus, it is necessary to study the intensity of parenchymal microcirculation with the help of laser Doppler flowmetry. At the decrease of microcirculation being below 60.4±10.1 perf. U on should carry out the resection of pancreas being proximally against rupture site of the main pancreatic duct for 16±4.2 mm. The innovation enables to detect optimal borders of resection in case of close trauma of pancreas along the rupture of the main pancreatic duct.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
