FIELD: medicine; otolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: method comprises the following steps: first crico-arytenoid articulation is disarticulated. Next arytenoid cartilage is moved by extralaryngeal way in laterovertical direction towards thyroid cartilage plate, and also moved downwards so that arytenoid cartilage body would be interposed between cricoid cartilage seat and posterior-lower region of thyroid cartilage plate. Thereafter, arytenoid cartilage is attached to lower process of thyroid cartilage by dissecting for this purpose transverse interarytenoidal muscle and posterior crico-arytenoidal muscle. Vocal cord in posterior region of larynx together with portion of elastic cone are also fixedly attached to thyroid cartilage plate. Vestibule fold and arytenoid cartilage apex are attached to posterior edge of thyroid cartilage plate, whereafter wound is sutured layer by layer. Upon expiration of two weeks, patient is decannulated. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
