FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used in treatment of larynx stenoses of paralytic etiology. Method lies in lateral-vertical displacement of arytenoid cartilage and vocal cord abduction. Lateral cricoid-arytenoid and external thyroid-arytenoid muscles. After that, 2/3 of muscular process of arytenoid is resected. Two ligatures are passed through body of arytenoid cartilage and vocal process. Ligatures are brought out on external surface of thyroid cartilage plate. Arytenoid cartilage with vocal cord is abducted in lateral-vertical way. Ligatures are tied up to each other. Third ligature is passed through arytenoid cartilage body. After that, it is fixed through superior horn of thyroid cartilage. All ligatures are tied up to each other on external surface of thyroid cartilage plate.
EFFECT: application of said invention makes it possible to provide sufficient extension of inter-fold larynx space, eliminate larynx stenosis and restore respiration function completely.
