FIELD: medicine, otorhinilaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: due to extralaryngeal technique it is necessary to open and move arytenoids cartilage with vocal fold laterally, suture and fix arytenoids cartilage to the plate of thyroid cartilage. Moreover, before suturing and fixing one should resect the fragment of thyroid cartilage from one side in projection of vocal fold, and then comes fixation of arytenoids cartilage together with elastic cone of vocal folds towards the rest plate of thyroid cartilage. Moreover, additionally before suturing one should dissect lateral cricoarytenoid, posterior cricoarytenoid and internal thyroarytenoid muscles of patient's larynx against arytenoids cartilage. Application of the present method enables to prevent the risk of postoperational complications and relapses and shorten the period for patients' rehabilitation, as well.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
