This operation breaks integrality of spongy substance and, surrounding it, cortical layer in direction from inside-towards outside along perimeter of bone section in required plane. EFFECT: maximum possible safety for tissues and blood vessels surrounding bone subjected to osteotomy; prevented shift of bone fragments with respect to one another within osteotomy zone.
