FIELD: plastic metal working, namely, development of forging press equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes frame with two parts arranged on into another. Parts are mutually joined by spring absorber. Frame itself is mounted with use of spring shock absorber on foundation. Apparatus includes pickup detecting motion speed of one part of frame relative to another and generating current proportional by its amplitude value to motion speed. Current is applied to input of amplifier connected with braking mechanism. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
