FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying antisticking coat to core produced from core sand mixture; holding for 20-60 min; applying composition containing aluminum powder, cryolite, sodium chloride, refractory clay, dextrin, water glass, inhibitor. Components are used in the following ratio, wt.-%: cryolite, 2.0-5.0; sodium chloride, 9.0-11.0; refractory clay, 8.0-12.0; dextrin, 1.4-1.8; water glass, 1.5-5.0; inhibitor, 0.02-0.04; aluminum powder, the balance. Composition is distilled in water to density of 1.56-1.70 g/cub cm and applied at flow rate of 800-1,900 g/sq m. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and improved quality of mold. 1 tbl
