SUBSTANCE: device has deforming tool in form of inductor which has housing with control winding coupled with current and frequency generator and intermediate deforming member. Device has also axial displacement drive and blank rotation drive. Intermediate deforming member is made in form of hollow cylinder with conical start section, cylindrical section and end section with inverted cone arranged in series on inner surface of hollow cylinder. Cone angle of start section is up to 15 degrees, and that of end section, up to 90 degrees. Intermediate deforming member is longitudinally split and inner surface is shaped in cross section.
