Housing is mounted in axial alignment with spinning chamber closed with cover and is partially introduced into spinning chamber. Filament guiding surface is widening with angle of divergence increasing in the direction of spinning chamber. Housing is fixed in spinning chamber cover. Filament feeding channel is extending tangentially of inner filament guiding surface, with outlet opening of feeding channel being disposed in this surface.
