FIELD: cleaning, namely preparation of outer surface of elongated bodies of revolution for coating them. SUBSTANCE: reduction gear units provided with flexible link are arranged at both sides of joint assembly in rotor. One end of flexible link is joined with rear end of rod, it other end is joined with weight arranged in rotor with possibility of radial motion. Intermediate portion of flexible link between reduction gear units is joined with rim. Rim is connected with counterweight arranged in sleeve with possibility of axial motion. Apparatus includes floating set of scrapers provided with pusher and follower of cleaned surface. It allows to remove more rigid layers from cleaned surface with efficiency corresponding to quality demands due to rationally using scraper material and providing automatic operation mode. Use of centrifugal forces as propeller in drive unit for compensating wear of scrapers simplifies the whole structure of apparatus. EFFECT: simplified-design compact apparatus. 3 dwg
