FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in cleaning of well walls and pipe internal surfaces. SUBSTANCE: device hollow body has periphery channels. Coaxially installed in hollow body is hollow rod with longitudinal channels. Flexible scrapers are located in longitudinal channels. Ends of one scrapers are attached to rods, the other, working ones are passed through periphery channels. There are pushers, shock absorbers and wear compensator. Device has threaded joint on section of convergence of rod channels and hollow body. Front part of threaded joint has recesses. Joint has spacing-centering bushing locked to prevent its turning and forms periphery channel in scraper outlet. The device ensures qualitatively novel technology of cleaning pipe internal surface by highly efficient removal of more solid layers in operating conditions with insignificant projection of scraper working ends and continuous compensation of their wear, and high sensitivity to relief of cleaned surface.
