FIELD: agriculture and forestry. SUBSTANCE: method involves growing plantings resistant to variable-direction winds; providing diverse ecological communications between fauna and flora. Preferred shape of land for plantings is circular or elliptical. Method further involves planting homogeneous bushings in one of concentric bands; providing alternation of various bushings and trees in concentric circles; arranging trees and bushings from peripheral to central part in accordance with their height in maturity stage, with low semishrubs and bushings being planted and grown in peripheral parts and high trees in central part. EFFECT: increased efficiency in protecting agricultural lands in forest-steppe, steppe and arid zones with high-speed winds of variable directions of blowing. 2 dwg
