FIELD: medical engineering; electrosurgical instruments for microsurgery. SUBSTANCE: proposed electrode-forceps comprises two branch-like handles having pointed tips and interconnected through plug-and-socket assembly to which current leads are connected. One of tips is made detachable and has piercing-and-cutting point. One of branches is formed with channels. Other tip is also made detachable and has piercing-and-cutting point and channel extending through other branch. Casing of both branches is made of synthetic material which houses channels and current leads. Channels terminate in plug-and-socket assembly and provided with connection unions. One of branches carries electric current switch, and lock is interposed between branches. Tips are made hollow. Female portion of plug-and-socket assembly has helical conductor which houses aspiration line, irrigation line and electric current supply leads. EFFECT: broader functional potentialities of instrument. 3 cl, 5 dwg
