FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Laser ophthalmologic multifunctional system, which applies laser irradiation wavelength in range from 1.3 mcm to 2.9 mcm, contains device of laser irradiation, which contains irradiator and fibre light conductor, control unit, connected with device of laser irradiation, operation element for carrying out ophthalmologic operations. In handle for operation element placed are means for centering, joining and fixation of fibre light conductor and means for centering, joining and fixation of operation element, installed in handle from opposite sides of handle, device of irrigation-aspiration for supply of ophthalmologic balanced salt solution from reservoir for balanced salt solution into eye cavity and removal of said solution together with fragments of destructed tissues, connected with control unit, with means for irrigation and with means for aspiration.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase quantity of functions and ensure safety of operation performance.
