FIELD: metallurgy, namely metal continuous casting plants. SUBSTANCE: roller for metal continuous casting plants includes barrel with trunnions and central dead hole, central pipe arranged in said hole, bearings, bearing cases, pressure and draining pipelines. Sleeve with through opening and annular bead on its end is screwed on to central hole of trunnion. Connectable two-halve case with rolling bearings is fit on said sleeve in such a way that bearings are forced to bead by means of nut at side of trunnion end. Springs and elastic sealing with L-shaped cross section are successively arranged between bearings and bead. Extended portion of said elastic sealing is clamped between halves of connectable case. Pressure pipeline is connected with central pipe; draining pipeline is connected with case. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
