FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of slurry from starting components, loading 15-20% of slurry into vertical slurry- basin where slurry is treated with 15-20% of effluent kiln gas with temperature 360-440 C, which is passed with velocity 2-6 m/s. Thereafter, treated slurry together with remaining slurry is charged into rotation kiln where charged mass is baked for 40-50 min. When preparing slurry, concrete objects' waste is additionally utilized with content of sodium and potassium oxides not higher than 3% and sulfur trioxide content less than 40%. EFFECT: reduced product cost price due to excluding expensive additives and increased clinker activity.
