FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing cement clinker using ash-slag mixture consists in preparing slurry by mixing raw material components with ash-slag mixture and water on mill followed by treating slurry with kiln gases, firing it in rotary kiln, cooling and crushing clinker, and dedusting effluent gases. According to invention, ash-slag mixture utilized contains 15-46% alumina; 15-25% of slurry prepared is fed into vertical slurry tank where it is treated with effluent gases (15-20% of their total volume, temperature 350-450 C) passed with velocity 1.5-5 m/s; treated slurry is introduced into rotary kiln together with rests of slurry; and firing is conducted for 40-50 min. When clinker is cooled to 50-60 C, additional slurry with moisture content 8-13% is added. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process.
