FIELD: protection of metals against corrosion, conservation of inner surfaces of sealed metal tanks. SUBSTANCE: 1-(phenyl)-1-(morpholinomethyl)benzotriazole having formula is proposed as inhibitor. Said inhibitor comprises mixture of citral and eugenol at their ratio 1:1 (quantity of said mixture being 0.01-0.05 mass %). Efficiency of proposed agent against atmospheric and biological corrosion is higher than commonly used industrial inhibitors. EFFECT: improved efficiency of desired inhibitor, prolonged conservation time of metal articles. 2 tbl
