Abstract RU 2083958 C1

FIELD: semiconductor optical electronics. SUBSTANCE: device has photo diode, which one terminal is connected to power supply and direct output of preliminary amplifier, another terminal is connected to input of preliminary amplifier, which inverting output is connected to input of voltage amplifier, which output is connected to direct input of detection comparator, which inverting input is connected to reference voltage source. In addition device has amplitude, differential amplifier, delay line, correcting circuit and measuring comparator. Amplitude detector is connected to connection points of input of preliminary amplifier and photo' diode. Input of differential amplifier is connected to connection point of inverting input of preliminary amplifier and input of voltage amplifier; output of differential amplifier is connected to input of delay line and input of correcting circuit. One output of correcting circuit is connected to output of delay line and direct input of measuring comparator; its another output is connected to inverting input of measuring comparator. Gate input of measuring comparator is connected to inverting output of detection comparator. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 dwg
