FIELD: semiconductor optoelectronics, design of detector of luminous radiation.
SUBSTANCE: given photodetector incorporates photodiode which one lead is connected to power supply source of photodiode and which second led is linked to load resistor, amplitude limiter, input of preamplifier, voltage amplifier which output is connected to first input of detection comparator which second input is connected to source of reference voltage. Photodetector is supplemented with controlled divider, resistive divider and signal detector and integrator connected in series. Controlled divider is placed between preamplifier and input of voltage amplifier which output is connected to input of signal detector, output of integrator is connected to control input of controlled divider. Input of resistive divider is connected to second output of photodiode and its output to first input of detection comparator.
EFFECT: provision of photodetector with optimum sensitivity with specified external illuminance and ensured serviceability of photodetector under high-power laser signals.
