FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has electromagnetic source which has cylindrical generating optical system, which is designed as cylindrical lens, light detector which has focusing optical system which is designed as cylindrical lens. Said light detector is connected to information processing unit. In addition device has scanning unit which is designed as system for linear movement in direction which is perpendicular to axes of cylindrical lenses. Electromagnetic source is optically connected to object surface while light detector is optically connected through focusing system to surface part which is located along linear movement before area of interaction of source and object surface. longitudinal axis of this part is perpendicular to axis of cylindrical generating system. Matrix detector which elements are located in parallel to axes of cylindrical lenses is used as light detector. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 cl, 1 dwg
